The first day there was a message on the service line of TMNet, but since yesterdey the message is gone. Nevertheless after calling the service people again tonight, finally after explaining exactly what is currently wrong: Malaysian websites ok, International ones have slow speed, the lady finally admitted that Streamyx has a problem and the technicians are looking into it. Nevertheless, she also promised that by midnight the issue should be resolved. Today is 23 Jan. Are they going to repeat the same message every day ?!
