    Terms Of Service

    Please take note of our terms of service, which we make publicly available for the benefit of all members. This is the same terms of service you’ve agreed to when subscribing to our membership or events.

    1. All tickets must be prepaid prior to attending any events organized by InternetMillionaires.com.my.
    2. All tickets sold are non-refundable except where mentioned below.
    3. If events organized by InternetMillionaires.com.my cannot be held at the date stated for any reason whatsoever, you will be informed of this as early as possible. You will then have the choice of either a full refund or entry into the next similar event of equal or lesser value within the next 12 months, both of which will absolve the organizers from further liability to you.
    4. If you are unable to attend events organized by InternetMillionaires.com.my“>InternetMillionaires.com.my for any reason, you can opt to do the following:
      • Attend the next similar event of equal or lesser value when it is held within 12 months; OR
      • Substitute another person to take your place
      • In both cases above you must notify us as soon as possible for the necessary arrangements to be made.
    5. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from your attendance at events organized by InternetMillionaires.com.my, information contained on the website, or the practice of any of its principles.
    6. We have the right to refuse or discontinue service to you or any participant for non-compliance with these Terms and / or for any reason whatsoever.
    7. Any dispute arising from these terms of service will be governed by the laws of Malaysia and you agree to personal jurisdiction by a Malaysian court for this purpose.
